Is all of that mental clutter and stress standing between you and working on your dissertation? In this coaching group you will learn how to reduce stress and free up your creativity and thinking space. You will learn:

 

- About the damaging effects of stress (they are real) 
- How to immediately and easily apply stress reducing techniques (Knowledge is great but what are you gonna do with it? I will tell you.) 
- All about self-care and why it matters 
- How to implement your own self-care and increase your productivity at the same time
